Mr. Martin brings over 39 years of experience to the table, with extensive experience in ready-mix, construction, asphalt, mining, and DOT industries. He has served as a Safety Manager for over 24 years, providing hands-on leadership across diverse industrial settings.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health, is a MSHA part 48 surface authorized trainer, and is an OSHA-authorized construction trainer. His commitment lies in establishing safer work environments through the development of robust safety programs, comprehensive risk assessments, and the cultivation of a proactive hazard mitigation culture.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a proven track record of reducing incident rates and ensuring regulatory compliance. His deep technical expertise allows him to translate complex safety standards into actionable strategies that protect both workers and assets. He is passionate about continuous improvement, mentoring teams, and implementing the latest safety technologies to achieve measurable outcomes.
